This page sets out what becomes of anything you send us through this website.

What reaches us

Whatever you decide to include when you call or write. Usually that means a name, a way of replying, the address on the water, and an account of what the wall is doing. We do not require anything else.

Ordinary server logs may note which pages were requested and the general area a request came from, and we use that only to see which pages are worth keeping.

Why it is kept at all

To reply to you and to arrange an inspection. That is the extent of it.

Onward sharing

This website introduces Broward County waterfront owners to a marine contractor working these canals. If you want that introduction, your enquiry goes to that contractor so they can take it from there. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside your enquiry.

How long

As long as your enquiry and any resulting work call for, and no meaningfully longer.
